We do this during our free consultation. The aim of this is to be a relaxed, simple and interactive process where we visit you at your home, meet you and your pets and get to know a bit more about you.

Each pet is very much as individual as are we. Learning about their habits and traits, will help us appreciate what we can do to give you and your pet the best support and experience.

During the consultation you may also have a number of questions of us that we will be happy to answer. If you ask something we don’t know we’ll endeavour to find out for you and get back to you quickly.

At the end of the consultation we’ll have a clear understanding of what you and your pets require, the frequency and also all the important details for your pets such as feeding, exercising, behavioural traits and any commands to be used.
